Comprehensive Dental Clinic in Santiago
AS Odontología Digital brings together seven dental specialties under one clinical team, one protocol, one digital workflow. Co-directed by Dr. Pablo Atria and Dr. Camila Sampaio, both active faculty at NYU College of Dentistry.
What comprehensive care means, clinically
A comprehensive dental clinic isn't a clinic with many specialists. It's a clinic where the specialists share diagnosis, clinical records, and treatment plan. That's the operational difference that matters.
In practice, that means a case combining implants with prosthetic rehabilitation and prior whitening is resolved in a single planning session. No inter-clinic referrals, no transfer of incomplete records, no contradictory diagnoses. The initial 3D intraoral scan serves every specialty, the plan is discussed between the professionals who will treat you, and the clinical sequence is defined before starting.
The comprehensive model matters most in complex cases: full rehabilitations, combinations of orthodontics plus aesthetics, periodontics before rehabilitation, surgical cases with subsequent prosthetic planning. Those are the cases that lose time and precision when split across separate clinics.
The specialties, on a single team
Seven specialties covered by a stable clinical team. Each case is discussed internally before defining the plan.

View profile →The digital workflow, shared across specialties
Everything starts with an iTero 5D intraoral scan that captures the complete geometry of the dentition in five minutes per arch. That scan serves orthodontics, prosthetics, implants, whitening, and smile design. It isn't repeated per specialty, there's no alginate, and there are no external labs for most workflows.
On that digital foundation we build the plan: 3D planning for guided-surgery implants, ClinCheck for Invisalign, digital smile design with preview before any preparation, in-clinic CAD/CAM fabrication on the Primemill mill for same-day crowns and veneers. Every specialist sees the same record and works from the same files.
That continuity of information is what differentiates the final result. The exact position of an implant is planned considering the future prosthesis, the orthodontic position of the teeth is decided with the subsequent smile design in mind, the periodontal reconstruction is executed knowing what rehabilitation that sector will receive afterward.

Frequently asked questions
What does it mean for a dental clinic to be comprehensive?
A comprehensive dental clinic resolves the main dental specialties with a single team and a single treatment plan. At AS Odontología Digital this means seven specialists working under one clinical protocol: orthodontics, implantology, oral rehabilitation, digital aesthetics, periodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery. No inter-clinic referrals for the main treatments.
What's the difference between a comprehensive clinic and one with multiple dentists?
Having several dentists in one place isn't the same as comprehensive care. The clinical difference is whether they share diagnosis, records, and treatment plan. At AS Odontología Digital, each patient has a single treatment plan discussed between the specialists who will treat them, with a shared intraoral scan and 3D planning. That's what makes the result comprehensive, not the number of professionals under one roof.
Who co-directs the clinic?
Dr. Pablo Atria and Dr. Camila Sampaio, both active faculty at NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Atria directs the Advanced Clinical Fellowship in Operative and Digital Dentistry at NYU. Dr. Sampaio is Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU and Invisalign Diamond Provider continuously since 2021. The clinical protocols they apply at NYU are the same ones they apply at the clinic in Vitacura.
What specialties do you cover?
Computer-guided implantology, clear aligner orthodontics (Invisalign Diamond), CAD/CAM oral rehabilitation, digital cosmetic dentistry (smile design, veneers), periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, orofacial harmonization. Pediatric dentistry is handled at Bites, our sister clinic at the same address.
Do you handle complex cases that need more than one specialty?
Yes, those are the cases that benefit most from a comprehensive model. A typical case combines implants with prosthetic rehabilitation, or orthodontics before a smile design, or periodontics as a prerequisite for aesthetic rehabilitation. Instead of coordinating between separate clinics with split records, the entire case is planned in a single clinical meeting and executed with one digital record.
Where are you located?
Av. Pdte. Kennedy 7440, Oficina 921, Vitacura, Santiago. We also serve patients from Las Condes, Lo Barnechea, Providencia, and other Santiago areas. For international patients we coordinate pre-planning by email or video consultation.
