Camila S. Sampaio

Dr. Camila Sampaio is a dentist, researcher, and academic whose career has been built between Brazil, Chile, and New York. Trained at one of Latin America's leading institutions in dental materials, she combines scientific rigor with a clinical sensitivity oriented toward high-demand aesthetics, qualities that have made her a recognized voice in restorative and digital dentistry in the Spanish-speaking world and the United States.

She earned her Master of Science and PhD in Dental Materials from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil, and later completed her specialization in Orthodontics at the Universidade Sao Leopoldo Mandic. Today she serves as Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU College of Dentistry, where she has also taken on academic leadership roles as Director of the Summer Practicum.

Her clinical practice integrates technical mastery and aesthetic vision: from the design of ultra-thin veneers and fully digital rehabilitations to interdisciplinary workflows with computational guidance, every treatment reflects her commitment to scientific evidence and lasting results.
